- Standard Delivery (7~10 days): For a balanced option between speed and cost, we use FedEx or UPS standard services.
- Economy Delivery (30 days): For the most budget-friendly option, we ship by sea to West USA port, and then deliver via UPS or FedEx. This option is ideal for non-urgent orders if you have a longer lead time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs can vary significantly based on the chosen shipping method, order size, weight, and shipping address. The prices listed on our website are roughly estimated. To receive an accurate price, please provide us with your detailed customization requirements and shipping address! We will then offer personalized suggestions and the best possible price.
Order Processing Time
Once we receive your order and customization details, our team will send you a virtual proof about your logo on our product within 48 hours. After receipt of payment and approval of the digital Proof, the estimated normal production lead time is 7-14 business days. This timeline is also dependent upon the size of the order and/or the complexity of the artwork or process employed. If you have a specific “in-hands” date, please contact us [email protected] in advance so that we will see if we can meet the date before placing order! Please remember that delivery time is the total of proofing time, production time and shipping time!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives at your specified address.
International Shipping & Import Taxes
Our primary market is the United States, and we strive to make the purchasing process as smooth as possible for our U.S. customers. Therefore, all shipments to the United States include import taxes in the total price.
