Logo and Production Color Disclaimer

At Vinozeek, we understand the importance of color accuracy for both your product and brand identity. To achieve the best possible match, we ask clients to provide the Pantone number for any customized product and logo color requests.

However, it’s essential to recognize that due to the limitations inherent in the production and printing processes, achieving a 100% exact match to the Pantone color is not possible. We guarantee that the final product and logo colors will be as close as possible—approximately 90% accurate—to the Pantone number you provide. Slight variations may occur due to factors like material type, printing methods, and environmental conditions during production.

This industry-standard variation is beyond our control, but we make every effort to ensure the color quality and accuracy are the best they can be. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to deliver top-quality customized products.

Return Eligibility

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the approved proof. To minimize errors, we provide a virtual proof for your review and approval before production. Once the proof is approved, we are not responsible for any errors resulting from inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the clients.

If the issue is due to an error on our side—whether it’s a misprint, engraving error, or defect—we will take full responsibility and work with you to make it right.

Refunds and Replacements

If we determine that a refund is appropriate, we will refund the full product cost to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Alternatively, we may offer replacement for the defective items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized products that accurately match the approved proof are not eligible for returns or refunds, even if the final color slightly differs from the Pantone number due to the factors outlined above. Additionally, items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale are not returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, kindly include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Our team will assess your claim and determine the best course of action.
